What would you like to do for a youth activity with The Edge?

Into-it: Sunday, July 6

Thursday, July 17, there will be a fundraiser day at Chick-fil-A, located at 71st & Garnett. This will benefit our youth going to camp. Customers can put their receipts in a box marked “Edge Youth” and the youth department will get a percentage of all sales. This money will go towards camp scholarships.

Camp registration is still open.
The cost is $219. Camp dates are July 28 - August 1.

Summer Camp: July 28 – August 1
Rhema Ranch, Checotah, OK
$199 if registration fee is paid by June 15. After June 15, the cost is $219.
$25 non-refundable registration fee, applied toward the total.

REFUEL
Parents, remember that there are activities for 7th and 8th grades during both the 8:30 and 11:15 services every Sunday. They are able to enjoy the Edge facilities as well as participate in group games and a small group lesson.

High School Small Groups:

Small groups are held during the normal Sunday morning service time (10:00-11:00am). Small groups are a great way to promote personal discipleship in a large youth group. It enables youth to get to know each other and the adult volunteers more intimately. We look forward to the youth getting to know God and each other better.

This program is small group-based. Thinking back to when I was in youth, small groups represent some of the most important times in youth ministry. In a large church like Grace, it’s sometimes easy for kids and adults alike to get lost in the crowd. But with small groups, they can get to know a few people on a more intimate level. They will have the opportunity to meet other youth they might not have otherwise met. They will also get to know a youth leader or two who truly care about them, their lives, their hopes, and their dreams.

Here’s what a typical Refuel service looks like:

8:30am	Meet in the Edge
8:45-9:00am	Games in the Spot (coffee shop in the Edge)
9:00-9:45am	Small groups
9:45-10:05am	Free time in the Edge
10:05-10:35am	Worship in the Edge auditorium
10:35-11:00am	Junior High Sunday School
11:15-11:45am	Free time in the Edge
12:00-12:35pm	Small groups
